In this workshop, Particle perfumers, London & Alicia, will guide you through the foundational concepts of modern perfumery. Together, you'll explore how perfumes are structured and formulated, the difference between natural and synthetic materials, essential lab tools, safety practices, and blending techniques used by professional working perfumers.

For this module, you will explore aquatic and bright fragrance profiles that capture the feeling of open air, sunlight, and water. Expect to encounter marine accords, ozonic materials, sparkling citrus, airy florals, mineral, and radiant solar notes that create perfumes that feel fresh, luminous, and expansive. While materials from other scent families will be available to support your blend, the focus will remain on the clarity, luminosity, and breezy openness of aquatic and bright accords.
